Capturing Memories of Addisleigh Park a Historic District

    APCO NEIGHBOR KORNER

    FEATURED NEIGHBOR:

WILLIAM (BILL) SCARBOROUGH - President, APCO

As we prepare to embark on a new fiscal year, the APCO Board would like to take a moment to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our outgoing President, Mr. William "Bill" Scarborough. Bill, as he is affectionately known, has served with unwavering dedication for the past three-plus years, leading with honesty, openness, and a deep sense of selflessness.

Bill’s leadership was characterized by his integrity, his ability to bring people together, and his unwavering commitment to our mission. Through both challenges and triumphs, he has always approached his role with a positive spirit, a steady hand, and, most importantly, a smile that inspired those around him. His leadership has left a lasting impact on APCO, and for that, we are deeply thankful.

As Bill's second term as president comes to a close, we want to acknowledge the immense contributions he has made to APCO’s growth and success. His legacy of service, compassion, and dedication will continue to resonate within the organization and beyond.

On behalf of the entire Board and the APCO community, we wish Bill all the best in his future endeavors and thank him for his exceptional service.
